What are your store hours?
Daily from 7AM to 11PM
Is your laundromat attended?
Fully attended from open to close.
What are your prices?
Please visit our store to see prices. We have different sizes of washers and dryers and they vary in price. The more laundry you can consolidate into each load, the more value you can get out of each wash.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Coin and card operated.
Do I need to bring quarters?
You may but you don't have to. You can bring bills and get quarters from our change machine or purchase a laundry card.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes! We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover at all our machines. You can also use a credit card to purchase a laundry card from our kiosk.
What size washers and dryers do you have?
We have machines that take 2, 4, 6, and 8 loads at a time. Please see our self-service page for more information.
Do you have large machines?
We have large machines capable of washing big bulky items.
Can your machines handle large items like bedding?
Yes, we have machines that can wash and dry large comforters, blankets, and more.
How will I know which machines to use and how to use them?
Our helpful, knowledgeable staff are always available to advise which machines to use and how to use them. If a machine is not available to use, you will see a notice on them.
Do you have parking?
Yes. We are in a strip mall, on the corner. Parking spaces are available and RVs are welcome.
Do you have wi-fi?
Yes we do. Customers are welcome to use our wi-fi while using our services in store.
What forms of entertainment do you have?
We have arcade games, 6 flat screen TVs with programming always on, claw machine, and a kids' play area.
How long will it take to do my laundry at your washateria?
Not long at all. Most of our washers can wash as fast as 25 minutes and the average dry time is about 30 minutes. Count in unloading, folding, and loading time and most folks are in and out in about one and a half hours after complete multiple loads.
In-Store Drop-Off Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
Our service hours for wash and fold inside the store is 7AM to 11PM daily. As long as there is an attendant, you can drop off new orders and pick up completed laundry.
Do you take credit card payment for wash and fold services?
Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover for our our delivery services.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a $25 minimum for each walk-in, in-store drop-off wash and fold order.
When will I get my clothes back?
- Next-day orders will be ready for pick-up next business day or 24 business hours from drop-off time.
- Same-day orders will be ready by closing time if dropped off by noon.
Can I make a special request on how to do my laundry?
Yes. When you check in your items, the service counter attendant will ask you if you have any special instructions and note them in your order. We will oblige as best as possible. Some requests my incur a fee.
Pickup & Delivery
Do you pick up and deliver wash and fold order from me?
Yes we certainly do.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
We offer competitive rates for laundry pickup and delivery. Please see our pricing page for current prices.
Is there a minimum order?
$45 minimum on all pickup and delivery orders.
Do you service my area?
We service many areas in the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth area. Please see our service areas here or use the zip code checker for an immediate result.
When do you pickup and deliver?
We offer pickup and deliver on a daily basis. Our drivers are picking up and dropping off orders daily.
Please log in to your account to see available driver pick-up/drop-off windows that fit your schedule.
What is the turnaround time?
- 24 Hours or next-day for orders that include only wash and fold laundry.
- If your order includes any dry cleaning, then please allow at least 48 hours for turnaround.
- For concierge service, orders can be turned around same day if the order is scheduled for and then picked up before 8AM.
Do I need to be home to use this service?
Just let us know where you will leave the clothes. The porch, the backyard, in the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager are common choices.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No.

When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
By credit card.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes. As you follow the prompts throughout the scheduling and checkout process, just input notes.
Can I change my preferences?
Yes. You can log into your account and change your preferences as often as you like.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes.
I missed my pickup. Is there a missed pickup fee?
We will alert you the day before your order is scheduled for pickup. If a pickup is missed, then we will charge $15 for a missed pickup.
Commercial Laundry Services
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No contract is required. We are confident that we will earn and maintain an ongoing service with your business.
How often do you pick up and deliver?
We will work with you to create a schedule that works for you.
Do you outsource commercial laundry to other cleaners?
No. We process all commercial orders ourselves and do not send anything out. You will get back what you give us to wash, dry, and fold.
Do I need to create a commerial account online?

Our Wash-Dry-Fold Practices
What kind of detergent do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use premium detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We keep everyone's orders separate.
Do you hang clothes?
Yes. Formal items like collared shirts and dresses and coats and jackets will be placed on hangers free of charge. We will place them in plastic garment bags to protect them, too.
Do you fold my clothes?
Yes. We will fold most items and even pair up socks. Some items like collared shirts, dresses, coats, and jackets will be placed on hangers instead.
Will you keep my clothes separate from others?
Yes we will. We do not mix laundry from different customers.
Important Disclaimers
What happens if my laundry is damaged?
We exercise utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article. Never the less, we cannot assume responsibility for inherit weaknesses of or defects in materials that are not readily apparent prior to processing. This applies particularly, but not exclusively, to suedes, leather, silks, satins, double-face fabrics, vinyls, polyurethanes, etc.,
Responsibility also is disclaimed for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, belts and sequence. In laundering we cannot guarantee against color loss and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.
What happens if any of my laundry is lost?
Differences in count must be reported, and this ticket presented, within 48 hours. Unless a list accompanied the bundle, our count must be accepted. The company’s liability with respect to any lost article shall not exceed 10 times our charge for processing it.
What happens if I forget to pick up or receive my order?
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ARTICLES NOT CLAIMED WITHIN 30 DAYS.
This applies to both in-store drop-off orders and any missed deliveries for pickup & delivery orders. We will store your items for 30 days and attempt to deliver (if it is scheduled for delivery).
If your items continue to go unclaimed, then after 30 days your items will be donated to a local charity.
